At DiamondBrows, all prices are in Danish kroner and stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for out-of-stock items.

DiamondBrows accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, Bank transfer . The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

DiamondBrows ships all orders placed before 14 the same day, orders placed after that will be sent the next working day. Our team will pack and send your products so that you have them within 1-3 working days.

Our delivery methods are as follows:

If there is no space at the drop-off point, the package will be moved to the nearest drop-off point, of which you will be notified. If problems arise, contact customer service. Special delivery conditions apply to certain goods. The conditions will appear specifically prior to the purchase of these goods.

In rare cases, delays can occur in connection with the carrier and as soon as we have handed over the product to the supplier, it is unfortunately out of our hands, which is why we cannot do much in many cases. But of course we will do everything we can to find out what happened to your order. During holidays and public holidays, there may be delays in the package in connection with busyness.

ATTENTION If you do not collect your parcel from the selected parcel shop and it is returned to us, you will be charged a fee of between DKK 60-65 from your refund.

Right of complaint

The right to complain is the customer's right to complain about a product that has faults or defects that were present when the product was sold. The customer has two years to find faults or defects in the goods, which are demonstrably the seller's responsibility. The burden of proof lies with the dealer for the first 6 months, the following 1½ years, the burden of proof lies with the customer. The right to complain is the customer's statutory right. The right of complaint is not the same as a warranty.

Please note that the complaint does not apply to faults, wear and tear or damage as a result of incorrect handling of the product, such as nuisance, poor maintenance or non-compliance.

When you discover an error or deficiency in your product, you must notify us as soon as possible and within 14 days. DiamondBrows will cover return costs to a reasonable extent. Read more about your right to complain on the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's website.

Here's how you do it:

  • Write an email to
  • Write "complaint" and state your order number in the subject field
  • Describe the defect/defect in the product received. Please attach a photo or video of the error.

Once we have received your email, we will immediately assess your case and find a solution. Each individual case is treated individually and the solution will therefore depend on the specific situation.


A warranty is a special agreement entered into between the buyer and the seller. If the customer and the seller agree that there must be a guarantee for what the manufacturer gives typically 1 year for an item , then during this period the customer can complain about all types of errors and defects. In this case, it is the seller's responsibility to prove that the error is due to default on the part of the customer . Warranty is not the customer's statutory right . A few manufacturers provide only 6 months warranty.

In the event you wish to return an item, we offer a full 14 day money back guarantee on all purchases as long as they are returned to us in the exact same brand new sealed condition they arrived to you in, minus the cost of delivery. This promise excludes tattoo needles, tattoo inks and other products where the repair or return of the product is not handled by DiamondBrows

Any applicable returned products that are not in their original condition when they were shipped may be subject to a 10% repackaging fee or in some cases refunds will be refused. In such cases, it is up to the customer to pick up the goods from us or pay for the goods to be returned to them.

Any returned items that appear to be defective and are still under warranty can be returned to us for inspection. If a fault is confirmed, we will attempt to repair the item. It is the customer's responsibility to pack the goods well so that they return to us intact. We recommend that you send the package by an insured, trackable delivery method. Once the package has been received, the returned item will be checked. If the returned product is indeed free of defects and has not been properly examined by the customer, it will be the customer's responsibility to collect the item from us, or pay to have it returned.

If it is a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be disclosed without risk per email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund

Right of return and cancellation

At DiamondBrows, you always have a 14-day right of return and cancellation. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, then the deadline is extended to the next weekday. The notice must be given by email at In the message, you must make it clear that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. Remember to state the order number (you will find it in your email or attached invoice).

ATTENTION You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive the item without giving a clear notice of this at the same time.

How to return
If you wish to return your order, please follow the guide below: Inform us that you wish to exercise your right of return and cancellation at

  1. Go to our return portal: and buy a return label (you will be charged DKK 65 for the return shipping).
  2. Print return label
  3. Find a piece of paper/a small note and write your order number on it (you will find your order number in the email you received upon purchase).
  4. Wrap your returned goods in their original packaging and attach the note with the order number. Close/tape the package.
  5. Put a return label on the package and hand it in at the nearest GLS parcel shop (remember the receipt)

When we have received your return package, we will process it as soon as possible and you will receive an email about this. The processing time for return packages is up to 2 weeks. The money will be returned to the same payment card with which the item(s) were purchased. Should it happen that your return cannot be accommodated, we will contact you via e-mail.

Responsible return

When returning or exchanging, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is securely packed and in the same condition as when you received it. You are responsible for the item being returned to us in the same condition as when you received it.

Remember to get a receipt for handing in the package. As soon as we have received your return package, our customer service will immediately process it.

Condition of the item upon return

The item must not be opened or used. If the item is opened and not in original condition, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, the item must be in intact, original and unused condition.

Exchange for another product

At DiamondBrows we do not exchange. The procedure is that you send back the goods you want, after which you go in and create a new order.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:

- Goods that have been manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
- Sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods which, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
- Items where the seal is broken.
- Performed non-financial services, if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content, which is not delivered on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and recognition thereof, that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
- Newspapers, magazines or magazines except subscription agreements for such publications.
- Agreements concluded at public auction.
- Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
